South Korean Foreign Minister Ban-ki Moon is set to be become next General Secretary of UN.
He has previously worked as a foreign policy advisor to Korean premier minister, Roh Moo-hyun.
Roh has had one of the most pathetic, toothless and apologetic foreign policies imaginable and UN with Mr. Moon as general secretary is therefore in danger of loosing even the last glimmer of importance attached to it.
